Expanding our Video Guides

To help support our users, we are expanding the range of video guides available. Video guides can be accessed from our Help and Support section. These short videos demonstrate various features of TrakGene that will help you use the software.

The video guides include how to draw pedigrees and managing electronic patient records. As new features are added to TrakGene we will be creating more videos on how to use them. Videos are available 24 / 7 and can be rewatched over and over so that users can refer back to them.

Video guides are an additional support tool. Our e-mail and phone support are still available. We welcome all feedback and requests for additional videos, which can be sent to use via our contact page.
